

Let me know if you guys thought the same thing about the program.

I still think the program is a good workout and hard but was a little disappointing as the end result being a pure hypertrophy program. I would consider myself an intermediate lifter and I’m 18 years old of that helps. I definitely gained some muscle all around but probably less or very close to the same I would have with out the program(and it’s not like what I normally do is scientific or anything). Like I said I wasn’t crazy about my muscle growth(Idk if I picked the wrong persons program for hypertrophy or what).I also saw very little leg gains(probably because of volume but I’m not sure). Excluding challenges in the first two months you hit each muscle group once. Also I felt as if the volume was lacking. I felt my lower pec lacking growth for example. No complete adduction, stretch, or all 3 areas of the pec. A similar post recently said this as well but the only chest exercises in month 1 are incline bench press and some push-ups for finishers and challenges. I also felt like the workouts didn’t cover all of your muscle groups. In all honesty Ive seen more muscle growth on my own vs this program. I didn’t take a before picture but I didn’t see much muscle growth. The program was definitely difficult each day but the end result just isn’t their. I thought overall nearly every workout was challenging and left me sore and sweating. I just finished Max Size and might be in the minority with my thoughts towards the program overall.
